Who you buy from
MapPoster (mapposter.xyz) designs and sells printed map posters, framed prints and canvases. Every print is made to order for you by our print partner and shipped directly to you. MapPoster is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 99692260. You can reach us at [email protected]; we answer within 1 to 2 business days.
Prices and payment
The price shown on a product page is the price of the print with tracked shipping included: there is no separate shipping charge. Checkout charges euros in the eurozone and the other European countries we ship to, pounds in the United Kingdom and US dollars everywhere else. Payments for prints are processed by Stripe.
Shipping
Shipping is free and tracked to the 20 countries below. Each print is made to order within 1 to 3 business days, then shipped. You get an order confirmation by email, then a tracking link as soon as your print is on its way. Delivery times are in business days after the print ships:

We do not ship to other countries yet; checkout only offers the countries above.
Returns and refunds for prints
- Damaged or defective prints: if your print arrives damaged, with a printing defect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We send a free reprint or give you a full refund, as you prefer. You do not need to send anything back.
- Change of mind: every print is personalized and made to order for you, so we cannot accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind once your order is placed. This is allowed under EU consumer law for goods made to the buyer's specifications.
- How refunds are paid: approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe, and usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds for digital downloads
High-resolution downloads are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. If you are not satisfied with a download for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing us your order details. Paddle processes the refund, which usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.
